The power of Jesus in our lives is the challenge put before us. As we take on projects to realize the unity of our common humanity, we are assured that in the storms Jesus has not abandoned us. He is sleeping in our midst. We just have to wake him up to calm the storms. Storms are a part of life no matter what we are doing. Before we launch into the deeper waters, we are encouraged to make sure that we have Jesus on board.
